Overview

Our Business Applications team is looking for HR expert to help upscale Salox HR applications landscape.

As part of the Business Applications team, you will work closely with multiple teams across the organization to map the business processes, gather requirements, design, implement and maintain the HR application and integrations to ensure the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions that meet the business needs.

What you’ll be doing (responsibilities)

  • Lead HR solutions, project, and enhancements from ideation to delivery including gathering business requirements.
  • Work and collaborate closely with the Human resource stakeholders to define optimized and scalable solutions for business requirements.
  • Design, implement and maintain HR platform and HR processes: Hiring an employee, Onboarding, time & attendance (In including absences and holidays), Evaluation process and integrations with external systems
  • Maintain detailed system documentation including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, disaster recovery, tech notes, testing, etc.
  • Manage the HR platform upgrades lifecycles, consume knowledge regarding the last version enhancements and implement whenever it is relevant.
  • Proactively provide new enhancements to promote HR processes, processes efficiency and automations
  • Understand the impact of support issues, prioritize accordingly, and provide a solution within a timely manner.
  • Provide training and create documentation to users and stakeholders

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, information science, management information systems (or equivalent field) – an advantage
  • 3 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Fusionfunctional analyst – must,
  • Strong business processes understanding, high logic and analytic skills. ability to define and outline business requirements and translate it to technical design – Must
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work creatively and prioritize according to business impact
  • Ability to learn new content areas and new skills quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent team player and interpersonal skills
  • Self-learning ability (of new areas, processes, technologies)
  • High level of English – must
  • Working in a global company is advantage
  • The position includes travel abroad
